Mikoni LTD – Website re-design

MIKONI Ltd. is a private company established back in 1995. Over the years Mikoni has become a leading company in the production of vertical road signs as well as standard and non-standard details and steel blanks in Bulgaria and Europe in general. The company’s first website was developed back in 2006 on top of a custom CMS and since then it has not been changed. With the various improvements in the recent years across the company’s infrastructure, machines, staff and more, the update of the website was Mikoni’s next step in its modernization.
The brief for this project was simple – create a modern looking responsive website that showcases the company’s production facilities, history, services and the long list of products.

Starting from the header, the first thing visible to the website’s users – a video showcasing the various machines and processes of the company was integrated.

Another major reconstruction was the library of products(traffic signs). The library of more than 200 products was categorized, optimized and it is now available in two different languages. Additionally, interactivity with the elements was developed to better feature them and provide information relevant to the product. Before and after images available below:
