Contract length

How does the contract work

The maintenance packages consist of prepaid blocks of hours, and they are work-for-hire. You will specify how your website should be reviewed or changed before the website is modified.

You will receive a monthly report about hours used (and how they were used), number of hours remaining, and the date the contract will be renewed.

If you require more hours(or the job requested is more time consuming) the rate per hour will be used depending on the package.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

My website was not build by 789Labs, can I still be on a care plan?

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

To kick things off we do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation, we will perform all the “Premium” tasks and make a full backup.

Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on one of the plans.

Based on your type of website, the Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
